At VOS, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Include all original tags and packaging.
Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of use.
Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, worn, or washed.
Clearance or final sale items.
Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as VOS is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the 14-day return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
